Hi - So I go here to find the most recent news releases: https://www.newswire.ca/news/cannabis-strategies-acquisition-corp./ They have not announced the deals closing yet, but I expect it to come in the 1st half of April as management has guided.

thanks... yes it seems like people are anticipating it... bids are building... a close over 22 would be nice Once we are a corporation I expect we will be able to have steady news flow and become better known.

Middle of April so hopefully closing this week. Would be nice to then get an update of plans going forward. Anyone have an idea of how the companies we are buying have been doing? Good luck

going to be a few weeks now I think. The Mass company they bought didn't make it through the mass ccc approvals list last go around due to the number of entities on the list. They should make it through at the next meeting on April 25. The mass CCC only meets twice a month. Then they despac. I'm told they are working on closing this and cannot announce any further deals until despac or ...more
