So did Cybin actually just manage to buy a company with multiple patents and years of intellectual property for 6million shares?? Then an additional 6m shares “IF” they meet expectations..?? Sounds like a crazy deal and a good way to insure the team works their toushies off to get this thing done!! Opinions?? Did I miss something??

Dont think the market has even priced in this deal yet. Not a scientist by any means but looking at deuterated molecules does position Cybin leaps and bounds past competitors as all molecules become truly novel.
