Steady flow of news this past month for DeFi Technologies, announcing today that they signed an agreement to acquire 10% of SDK:meta.
 
- SDK:meta is a privately held web3 blockchain company driving mass adoption of user-centric platforms and mobile consumption of decentralized finance
 
- $DEFI will issue 3M common shares to SDK in exchange for 10% of the units in the capital of SDK:meta
 
- The companies plan to form a partnership to pre-install DeFi Technologies' decentralized finance ecosystem of products inside of the SDK:meta platforms
