The Parent Company Acquires Dispensary In Ceres, California

TPCO Holdings, whom is more commonly known as The Parent Company, this morning issued a brief release indicating it has expanded its retail footprint within California. The expansion comes via the acquisition of Jayden’s Journey.

Am I the only one extremely annoyed by this company acting like they're still private and believing they don't need to disclose financial details of their transactions? It offers absolutely no investor confidence when we're unable to assess whether TPCO is paying a good price or over paying.
