Future Prospects

The likelyhood of a share consolidation aside, I like HALO's story and outlook. I got in later than most so likely have a diifterent opinion of whats gone on over the last year than early investors. Based on the accumulation going on over the last few months I am not alone. Most of the selling pressure is coming the RBC/ANON combo,  shorting the stock in antcipation of the distributed shares coming to market. I have included the House Totals for the last three months below.

Thank you for the good info. So please simplify so I can understand more clearly. RBC is buying and Anonymous is selling. So how is this going to play out? I agree that I like Halo's story and outlook as well, but how, when and why does this turn around?

Imo the short sellers (hedge funds) will keep the SP down until HALO, it's staff and contractors stop selling their shares into the open market. The shorts were updated, today I think, and went from 2+ million to 8+ million. The update was based on the bi-monthly irroc report so the numbers are a week out of date already but show how much selling pressure they have been putting on since halo ...more

one thing about the short increase. irroc only reported 3+ million short sales over the 1-15 oct period but the reported short positions jumped by twice that and those numbers don't include the short selling on the otc. Looks like a lot of naked short selling. Enough buyers sit on the bid and the shorts will have too cover at higher prices. Just like Tilray

the hedge funds haven't created any fear, they are just taking advantage of the situation. Halo needs 13 million short term to build out Africa. Staff and contractors gotta eat and pay bills.

I know management as insiders are restricted from trading right now prior to the release of Q3, so most of the selling must be from contractors and Companies acquired . Would be beneficial to do a calculation to determine more or less when all these shares being treated as Monopoly money will be flushed through completely. Thereafter we will hopefully be left with real investors and then a true ...more

Trying to figure out when the contractors and staff have finished selling is a mugs game. we don't know how many of the shares they intend to hold, if any, or if they are just going to sell them all. The ATM through PI is the only way I could see to get a handle on when the selling might be done. PI sold 3 million this morning at .035. Thats $105,000. Since they announced the ATM I have them ...more

Thank you so much for your insight. Excuse my question, but how do you know that sales through PI are indeed the ATM? Can stock issued through the ATM come directly from treasury? Again excuse me if my question is stupid but I am a novice in this regard. If a large portion of the recent sales are ATM related does this make sense from the Company's perspective, given more shares being issued ...more

I had responded but it came up blank. Trying again. The prospectus indicates that it's PI that will administer the ATM. As far as dilution, Kiran has repeatedly stated they do not see what Halo is doing is dilution but adding enterprise value. Contact him, he will likely respond
Comment by ACBMADEMERICH on Oct 23, 2020 8:46pm
Yes I see now that PI is listed as the Agent for the ATM process and that shares are issued from Treasury but through the Neo exchange. The dilution I am referring to is that of the ATM financing is now taking place at such a low share price, this is resulting in an excess number of shares being issued as opposed to the ATM process taking place at a higher/normalized share price. Same end result ...more
