Betw ATM & acquired cos. shares

I expect enormous supply for several more mos. or qtrs, putting massive pressure on stock price such that every time it rises 1/2 cent, it gets sold off. Even with the dilution from the 10-12 acquisitions, i never thought it would go to 2.75 or 3 cents AGEEF. Now i can see it going to 2.0 cents or lower, until some real demand comes in, perhaps in 1-3 mos. when Bophelo financing comes in. Halo hired marketing & PR firms to promote Halo & paid them in stock. Cant say they have done any good. In conclusion, betw ATM & enormous dilution, Halo AGEEF price may stay under 5 or 4 cts until 2021. Patience, patience & more patience to see if Bophelo is successful and if Halo price can ever recover. Remember that Kiran & his executives get paid in stock so at least they are not sucking the company dry with huge salaries & cash bonuses.

So the bottom line is patience. I agree but I understand that some investors are losing patience and are shocked that the share price has dropped so much. The market cap of about $30M CAD is hard to accept given the balance sheet and future potential. Seems the market is having problems believing the future potential probably thinking Halo is becoming just a large cultivator with Bophelo and Bar X ...more

the house totals show that people are buying into Kiran's story. It's just at present why buy into the ask when you can sit on the bid and get filled

I hope you guys realize just what Halo is doing. Once Bophelo is at full capacity they will be able to supply all of Europe's requirements with top quality product at ridiculously low prices. They will be able to do the same thing in the states with the recent acquisition. Given the money the US and the rest of the world is going to have to raise following the pandimic I believe its a given ...more

I agree 100%, but it is definitely difficult to see the share price drop so much, which results naturally then creates some uncertainty in my mind. Why can't others see the light? Why are some selling for peanuts when we think the future is so bright? The Company's story is not being heard or not believed. Time will tell I guess. I know there's no certainties, but I am always searching ...more

Good pts ACB. I was referring to over supply of stock driving stock price way down but you make a good point that there is too much supply of cannabis in Canada & perhaps Bophelo production & sales could meet too much supply of cannabis in the UK & anywhere else they try to sell it, at least i infer that from what you said. Perhaps the street thinks the demand for Bophelo's ...more

Don't misunderstand me: i think there is no oversupply of medical mj in the UK, Europe, Africa such that if Halo can get Bophelo into high production at a cheap cost, they should make lotsa money. I am just wondering if the street thinks these things. Bottom line is Halo needs a positive bottom line; successful production via Bophelo, then positive EBITDA, then net profits. 900M - 1 billion ...more

Don't get me wrong I believe and have confidence in Kiran's vision and plans, but executing everything is another thing. Some of the big players that like Lesotho but pulled out of Lesotho may see Halo as an attractive target at some point. Halo is setting the course in Lesotho as nd vv others are watching.

iirc Canopy Growth left Lesotho last year. Do they know something Halo doesnt know or did they just need to cut back on their spending? In any case, all need to see financing for Bophelo in next 3 mos. or so. C'mon, Louisa, use hour stature & skill to get it...
