Market Cap

Halo has acquired a multitude of assets primarily by issuing shares, but the market hasn’t recognized any value whatsoever for these assets. In fact the market cap has decreased which makes no sense. I understand some of you are questioning the legitimacy of some of these acquisitions, but clearly some are good acquisitions and all should help to some extent to drive revenues and profits. The fact that the market cap doesn’t reflect even the current value not to mention the future potential value of these assets means there is huge upside if Kiran can execute and prove that operationally he can run this Company successfully. We will see soon enough. Lots of pieces are being put together and we need to start seeing the results as promised.

Sure...the problem though is even if they do gain some success with any acquisition....they have and continue to issue so many shares that the math starts to work against the average shareholder....meaning...most people who own this likely have an average cost over .10 and likely higher than that....so just to get back to .10 now, you are looking at around a 100mil mkt cap. Last time they were ...more
