Can you explain where all the shares that are up for sale keep coming from.....there seems to be no end to the amount offered in sizable chunks.  Are these retail shares and if so why are these holders willing to take a hosing selling so low. I don't follow this company much but something seems odd to me in how much volume is available at very low prices....especially as you say that

GTO and Alpha Blue Ocean get there shares at rock bottom prices through the debentures (36 Cents). They then dump them into the market. They explain it all in their early warning reports. Also, if you look up Alpha Blue Ocean on line you will find they have a reputation for this type of action. The only time to Buy shares for now is when they run the price down to convert another debenture. If

Does not running the price down to convert and dump net them less money.  You had mentioned .36c but the stock price is well below that right now. Akanda seems to be on the rise again.

You need to read the Mar 8th news release. The get them at the previous days NEO closing price. The first one was .36. If they did it today they would get them at .28. They need catalysts to run the price up so they can dump them shortly after purchase. HALO's next catalyst will be the opening of the Westwood dispensary (should be shortly). You have to be nimble to trade this over the next 5

When you "get them"...do those ahares show up as trades....and if not then who is actually selling in such large blocks everyday?  What was that 71K at .)75 this AM?

They get them by converting a debenture at which point HALO issues them new shares (based on the share count at last two short shares updates it looks like HALO is currently issuing 20 Mil new shares a month). We only find out when they release an Early Warning Report in the news or an Alternative Monthly report on Sedar. I can only guess at this Mornings trading but logic says its either GTO or
