Based on the 5+ mil share increase today it looks like ABO is trying to unload all its debentures before Halo submits any paper work to terminate the current agreement. That will add well over another 100 mil shares (Halo still has the OK for another 1 for 5 share consolidation before the next AGM). Katie is looking pretty lonely as the last remaining board member and only face of the company on

If they knock the price down to .02 that has the potential to add over 250 mil more shares.
