The last presentation mid Sept reiterated guidance Based on the share price decline would indicate more negative news coming

I am admittedly nervous.  They have stated their guidance numbers time and time again all year, so if Q3 doesn't clarify the path it could very well be a nightmare. On the other hand, this current price trend could just be a reflection of the broader market.   However, I also consider that any economic downtrend might affect the volume of business in the fourth quarter

They reported Nov 5 last year so we dont have long to wait. Not sure this down draft has to to do with general market as this stock doesn't go up with the market. Downtrend seems to correlate with the NR on the CFO. Hard tofeel too optimistic give the track record here.
