Any News?

In an exchange with IR I received this clarification: The PR issued on November 9th allowed for a time extension until this Friday, November 16th (I thought it was the 19th).  My guess is there will be another PR late today or tomorrow explaining that the auditor has not yet had sufficient time to make conclusions and another extension will be forthcoming.  I don't know how the ...more

This action does not make sense. Speculative move on average to low volume. There is no news. Sounds like a material A/R write down is coming. Why would one buy with bad news just around the corner. The only rationale for this is either some have inside info and already know the news will not be as bad as expected, or traders feel over reaction and buying low. If this move was with higher volume ...more

OK thanks people for your responses. In the past, I am pretty sure that someone (Kenny?) gave us assurances that the A/R was 100% collectable over time. Adam How long have you been holding this dog?  It's nothing but shambolic.  yet another delay in reporting.  second one in 4 years now. Just when you think it can't get worse they exceed expectations again.............  Why do this to yourself?

Good point - too long apparently - thought they would straighten up and make profits eventually without the usual drama. But since when do quarterly reports get audit review for A/R, etc.? I must have missed that memo. So what is the status of this clown show - will they ever get this back to respectibility?

This AR question was common to all Conference Calls for 18 months,.  The common answer was 100% collectable and that was always the case historically,. When AR became plus 52 weeks there common answer became "we and our Auditors deem it as collectable" and unfortunately no one questioned it at least publically beyond that,,. In hindsight its seems negligent to not have ...more

Any AR beyonnd 180 days you should be ready to write off 100% as loss- trust me that's from personal experience. If they have people beleiving that AR over 52 wks is 100% collectible, they really have you drinking the Kool-Aid
