It is just greedy lawyers seeing a potential for an easy profit at the expense of shareholders. Nobilis has not issued the last quarterly report due to some issue with accounts receivable. As no news has been released, law firms sned out news releases stating they are investigating potential class action lawsuits on behalf of shareholders.
