Definitely delayed!!!! So all these savy folks that can run an airline just figured this out now???! Maybe they can run an airline they just aren't knowledgeable about the rules that govern their industry and business..... Or they knew and just forgot?  Or they just never said anything and had it as an ace up their sleeve to buy time for more share funding.... effectively they were ...more

No not at all. This is the Globalx CEO. This does not hold up final certification. Initially DOT approved the way we were dealing with the 25% cap on foreign (non US) voting shares. They have had a recent policy change though and reversed their decision and required us to ensure there were 75% of voting shares held by US citizens. This is a relatively easy fix and we are doing this while we finish ...more
