I cant comment if the cost is high or not..........I understand that school districts dont have that kind of money..........but locally, statewide, province wide and on the federal level...........the money will come to the schools. The cost will not be a deterrant.

I am not quite sure that a grade 3 teacher will be calling any shots in relation to Covid. They should focus on stronger education so that it is worthwhile sending our kids to school.
