It's somewhat interesting to me that a HALT was called for this development. To the outsider, it's a pretty small development. To someone who knows what this signifies though, it's huge! Paul absolutely tipped his hand to what this signifies by deeming it worthy of a HALT. Christmas may be coming early this year!
