Accumulation

Take it for what it is but this happened twice yesterday and once today at 9:45.

Anonymous and CIBC both did a scoop up of shares yesterday up to 3.40 and today from 3 to 3.28. They wait for the bids to build up and scoop up the shares.

Could be coincidence, but it looks like accumulation to me.
