Forget sales....maybe...
IMHO - KNR may be taken out with larger integrator before sales gain full traction. Problem is that KNR would have to consider it as some larger players have their eyes on KNRs overall market client base. This is an increasingly hot area.

Also possible since he may not have the contacts to make the big sales happen.....a big company would.

A natural takeover target ,enterprise companies, school boards and such have locked HVAC contracts with companies like Honeywell, other companies Cannot add to their systems in most cases, i cans ee that being a real struggle to KNR, adding to other companies equipment.

BioCloud isn't really integrating into anyone's HVAC system. It's a stand-alone unit that you bolt to the wall and plug into a socket. It wouldn't affect another supplier's system (beyond exposing its inadequacies maybe, but that's not KNR's problem). It would be different maybe if it was being inserted into a duct or something, but it's not.

Agreed, but have you ever read a honeywell contract? they dont want it or anything to do with HVAC, very strong language, its a hurdle , not a wall.having another company in the building is an issue.
