Is that a guess or you saw that? That was my first guess but it really didn't drop ebough fast enough for that IMO. Nothing on iiroc yet and still on halt. I guess we'll know soon whether there's an announcement or simply resumes trading (circuit breakers usually short like 5 or 15 minutes?)
