You're forgetting (Intentionally) about All the Anti-vaxers and Non-Vaxers. Vaccines are not going to involve even one half of the Population. And if it did one half of the population would take a very long time to vaccinate.  Even now after all the positive Publicity and News about flu vaccinations-theynwill involve only about 40% of the population, at most.
