KNR "Exclusive" Distribution Agreement

Hope you all are aware that the exclusivity of the deal only pertains to "industries defines as buses, rail and locomotive, subways, ambulances, fire trucks, first responder and milliary vehicles, with applicae facilities (...) in NA AU NZ" Lots of deals to be made elsewhere in the restaurant industry, shopping malls or whatever. They are not limited to 5000 units to only United Safety. Just chatting, wondering what everyone is stressing about

We'll have to see what sales actually come through. They still reduced debt by 600k year over year 1.9m to 1.3m while having 600k in development costs on top of that. Would have potentially been 0.7m debt. Nice to see overall. Guess people are scared about everyone in the company who actually converted their debentures into shares at 0.80 when it stock was around that price given they trusted ...more
