Unusual activity today...

No, I don't mean wilander and friesen (they really need to get a room) - what is up with the high ask and stuck bid showdoiwn. Maybe my platform is not updating...? Just seems odd today. Did we halt or some weirdness. Anybody else seeing this? Something appears to be going on.
