Great interview of Paul Ghezzi (again)
Lots of great comments in this interview. Another excellent one. Here are a couple comments that caught my ear.
Interesting what Paul said on the recent $750K deal a few weeks back with the large comapny, USA facility (including 2 bioclouds) whixh got them into the marekt with this company which has multiple facilites.:
"That contract win went under the radar, people really didnt understand it....to have such a win of 750K with one customer -- who has multiple facilities -- is a pretty big win."
He then goes on to say "30-45 days is the usual time to let them try a Biocloud out and get a good sample of all it can do."
So, assuming they like it Kontrol could expect more business from them in the 2nd quarter for other facilities. Nice! (My opinion.)
Then on the 12K price tag : "Thats not any major roadblock we are having."
On the narrative in the public realm that immediate sales is a concern:
"There seems to be a narative that if this doesnt happen in three months its a fail...its crazy...ours is going to be a long term and very mature story. this is just the begining, there is much more this can morph into with this groundbreaking technology (that we dont want to talk about)...so we are just at the begining of this. So whatever that narrative is or whoever created it i dont know, but its not how we operate the business and we are super excited of the future and the conversations we are having and that is going to translate into revenue."
And on production/rollout in Q1:
"Feel very comfortable we are going to reach our goal of distributors in Q1" (30 distributors). Plus or minus."..."We feel very bullish." "And now we've got to deliver. Q over Q thats how we are going to be measured and how we are going to generate the next leg of value."
Re the 30 distributors x 250 units per....so 7500 @ $12000K US per unit = $90 million US
He didnt say anything exact (he cant) but did infer it is realistic to see those units vaue to the company at $9k-9.5K as that is what the distributor would pay for them "you get a a sense of the revenue, network, eco-system and foundation we are building." . You can hear it all at at 24:00 mark.
On share price: (after hearing people email him and whine lol)
"We are going to create value and the share price will look after itself". "Volatility is the life of the small cap markets".
Sales:
"Sales will be reported quarterly unless it is a major material sale or material customer addition (new with global recognition) .
M&A Activity:
"There are a number of acquisitions I could pull the trigger on maybe, depending if I can get my price. I'm excited. We can accelerate the business."
Uplisting:
I will paraphrase for him...."They are working on it, (TSX and Naz) Its coming. They are laying the foundations." (28.50 mark)
He sums up at the 32:00 mark. Go listen!!!
Finally Paul and IR will be making themselves available for questions from investors on a regular basis via Agoracom on one of its portals. Should be up in a week or so. (It's mentioned right at the end).

Smaller, more compact and streamlined first off. If you looked at the demo. Lots of area to condense or do multi chambers. Bio-booths would be a cool business - 30 second phone booth scan coming to the corner near you! Hand-held screeners for border, security check points, like Law Enforcements breath device

I believe V2 could be a multi-channel BioCloud that can detect more than 1 pathogen or a variant of the Covid 19. Paul did mention the multi chamber unit in one of the earlier videos.

I have trouble understanding why you are seeing this as so valuable, it is more of the same. The enthusiasm that made this stock pop out of the dolllar a share range is not being sustained - obviously.

You need to have confidence in a CEO. Paul comes across as credible that is not building a company full of sweet dreams for the stock market that may pop in a year and take the company into microcap exchange graveyard where so many lie. His interview is compelling enough to give me a longer investment horizon and if the market doesnt like it in the short term, I will add some with more confidence.

Canyousay iii, remember this is the casino exchange, sorry CSX, they expect 20-30% daily on fluff. I have always felt CEO was a person with long term view, which is completely opposite to the typical cal CSE investor/ penny flippers. I personally look forward to uplisting on TSX and institutional investors who invest versus gamble and have a investment time frame longer than weeks.

Altair... nuff said. Everybody does their damnedest but things go awry sometimes. Not looking for quick bucks. Just concerned about losing thousands of dollars and talk is cheap. If we don't see material events nothing he says excites me any more.
