Why is there 100 threads on the name change? The name will not affect share price who cares. The name of the company isnt taking this to $10+ sales are. The name could be Bumblebee for all i care.

probably because many investors are excited and have been waiting for a catalyst to moving off the cse to a different exchange

Yup.  Once the name change happens, listing is the next step.  Change should be done next week.  Get 'er done!

I believe they also need one more independent director on the board, before listing.

No they don't, not for the TSE.  The do need to swap out one director though for an independent for the Nasdaq.

LOL -- I like the name Bublebee.  Let's change it again!   ok, maybe not for this co, but I still say STRONG BUY FOR BUMBLEBEE! But seriously, name change by itself is symbolic and related to new direction. The will in fact be some business developments queued up behind the name change for sure.  As wilander points out, to up list to TSX will be significant by itself
