Question
Does anyone know how to place a limit sell order at $15 that doesn't expire the same day? I want to place one in order to avoid having my shares sold short my my financial institution. The limit orders always expires at the end of the business day

unfortunately that is a common misconception that by doing that your shares can't be sold short. Naked shorting in Canada is legal and they don't need any physical shares to short. Something needs to change in the regard.
