I Sense
A major move/announcement coming this week or next. Besides the timing of the Ontario announcements /promotion after the news (and the money came a week before news), Paul has been radio silent since Friday . Could be wishful thinking but he usually tweets every 1-2 days (sometimes multiple times a day). It's been 4+. Calm before the storm? Aka quiet period? If not it's irrelevant as it's only a matter of time before we are far north of here . GLTUA

Uplisting very soon too. That is the one I am salivating for. Once the big boy funds get to invest in this, we are off to the races.

The biggest benefit is exposure to bigger players that invest, like funds, etc. They buy and hold, and don't do quick flips. Makes less available to flippers and then a steady stream of good news supports a rising price.

Stock split can make more shares.

I agree and I think they will have to unless they do decide to raise more south of the border at higher valuation. 2 for 1 could make sense, and this would for once be a GOOD split for the shareholders. Dreaded reverses have become a greater norm over the last decade or two.

I can see a stock split coming too, for the nasdaq we will need a bigger float, IMHO a 2-1 or 3-1

Listing price is $4 US so our price needs more than double from here for splits

I suppose this may happen by default to meet the listing criteria. All good as it makes the stock more attractive. Bigger players won't buy a stock that is too illiquid.

I don't believe either would help as a forward split increases shs but lowers price and reverse increases price but lowers float. I agree we need more shs, though there's other avenues for that.
