TSE Requirements

For the TSE application I would think that they would need more cash in the treasury, as you need $10m for the TSE and they have $3m-ish cash, but they could also easily have other short term/cashable investments which also count towards the $10m.
The bigger and more important focus IMO is sales including potential government contracts, expansion, production, distribution, etc.
It seems they are working hard on all of that.
The announcement of a government contract would be a huge mover, and could possible come sooner that we think.  This stock is a great play to be in right now IMO.
TSE Requirements Include:

• $50 million minimum market value of listed shares;
• $10 million minimum market value of public float;
• $10 million minimum in the treasury;
• evidence that a company’s products or services are at an advanced stage of development or commercialization;
• and sufficient funds to cover planned development, capital and operating expenses for one year.

I've been a bit lazy to look this up because I see it as a step in the journey that does not necessarily define the success of the company i.e. listing without a solid business plan execution is not going to bring us the value we are seeking. Perhaps this is the reason why Paul went as far as saying that they would be looking to list this year without exactly giving a

Just looked at a few things to remind myself, based on what PYR just went through. The $10 million must consist of majority raised through prospectus. So, gathering all that through sales cannot do the trick and if you want to do this through minimal dilution, the higher the SP the less dilution...$5.1 million (?). In terms of timing, PYR announced their application to the TSX at the beginning of

There are different ways to slice this and KNRs cash right now is loaded from warrants and convertible debentures. They are good to go and the technology sector gets some passes on criteria if applied for. Its l in good hands and I would not expect a cash raise.

Pretty simple to understand. We have orders, payments are made in advance, guaranteed we have a good cash balance. There alot many don't know.
