...but down over 15% in europe. We need sales numbers or tmx - better today than tomorrow.

Wonder if they should request a halt before the open and then issue a press release. Not to directly refer and legitimize the articles but to perhaps provide an update which may include highlighting the patent filing initiatives and perhaps speak to the novelty of the technology to dissuade comparisons from current techniques.
