Seriously?
You great thinkers are this obtuse on the nature of patents? No. Unless they changed the actual unique function and purpose of the device. Just always remember you guys didn't know that okay. They can change the color too if they like. Sheesh.
And the protection extends from the date of filing (provisionally of course).
But someone the other day mentioned the chip shortage issue and one has to wonder if fewer boards is related to that... but how the hell would I know?

I like my answer better because I don't know what changes were made to the boards. After the changes, doing the same thing a little bit differently, or doing the same thing the same way. I leave it to others to make an assumption without knowing the details and potentially giving the wrong answer. ;-)

Lucky for you there are no grades here and most of us don't use our actual names. Your answer revealed you had no clue. Look at you dance. You once pissed me off and I'm calling out how uninformed you are everychance I get. This was what I meant. Perhaps you remember. My advice... don't pretend. Have a nice night.

The German exchange thing? You were wrong twice on the same subject and you want to get back at me? Move on, you are wrong about my assessment of the question here as well. One could play the three strikes and you are out game, but you strike me as someone that wants to go 9 innings, 3 outs per inning, etc. My advice, not worth it. Cheers.
