Good Afternoon All,
Just more of my thoughts about disruption. How important a significant disruptive product may be is in it's applications ( end uses) & being of high demand, nationally & globally.
A few years ago, my approach to investments was modified. Disruptive products with real potential high demand, nationally/globally became more of my main focus.
Within months, after DD, I started buying into PYR when it was sub $1.00. Reasons, several for eg. were their disruptive plasma torches that have numerous applications for diverse global industries, several business verticals, numerous patents/patents pending, as well a very respected CEO & Teams that had the skill sets to bring their products to market. Their Blue Chip clients also provided validations of their great product applications.
The only reason I brought up PYR is simply their ( PYR/KNR ) similarities on so many fronts.
Egs. KNR already has Blue Chip clients, several business verticals, 4 patents( 3 US, 1 Cdn ) pending on BioCloud ( a multi viral pathogenic detector), a high demand Game changing disruptive tech. in the field of Safe Spaces Tech., and being a front runner, IMO, nationally/globally in the new industry of real time viral detection & monitoring.
Concerning ' Skin in the Game ', both CEOs have significant share holdings. PYR CEO has 80.637M ( incl direct/indirect/control or direction) shares out of a 159.4M o/s PYR share count. A 50.6% CEO holding.
KNR CEO has 11.2M ( direct/control or direction) shares out of a 40.4M o/s KNR share count. A 27.74% CEO holding.
PYR upgraded recently to the TSX & plans to list on the Nasdaq ( already approved ) to time in with ongoing business developments.
KNR is aiming to list on the TSX & the Nasdaq. All good for shareholders.
The past for both firms is ' water under the bridge '. What is critical, IMO, is when evaluating their ' Disruption ' it's having the right patented/patent pending high demand unique product targeting clients, both nationally & globally is most critical.
Concerning cash flow being critical too, KNR has it's base business plus having recently received significant cash from NRC plus the Ont. govt.
Both firms have a platform on Agoracom. Thus when doing your DD on KNR, very critical to research their respective home website, interviews, Sedar, & Agoracom.
Their Blue Chip clients all help in determining validations of services/products rendered.
An important bit of info recently provided was the Ont. govt. ( $ 2M hand out ) stepping in with cash to boost production levels targeting 20,000 BioCloud units per month. The handout was in 2 parts, $ 1.2M immediately up front, with $ 800K upon further proof of targeted production increases.
Also keeping on top of recent NRs of KNR helps one with the timely direction of KNR's developing story. A story to be continued for the benefit of all.
I am a KNR Long with good reasons. Certainly even more so for other reasons not mentioned as above.
Patience, I've learned pays well or vey well. Time will tell, most certainly as we all move forward together being KNR Longs.
Here are some recent NRs that do provide more ' food for thought '.

Also a big thanks from myself & other investors goes out to the ongoing hard work/ long hours being put in by One & All at KNR & their Teams.
Best wishes to All, good health,
Sincerely,
Topseeker
