Is speculating the news release that didn't make sense may have been done as part of a requirement for uplisting and if I understand it seems that may explain the odd conservative numbers becuase apperently it is a statement that may need to be independently audited so it would have to be only that can be immediatley proven... maybe I'm reading to much into it. That would explain some of it. If that is true it changes how I view the effect.

So, it would make sense that a newsrelease that made no sense and caused a sell-off is ok? Some there also think that PG did this to play with the shorts. Let's imagine that that is remotely possible: so how did he show them? Made them more money to hurt them? Why wouldn't he put out a forecast of $100 million, which is still pittens of the pre 20k monthly capacity?

No the point was (and I'm not saying it is accurate) that he would be required to release a statement such as he did that accounted for the current financial status. One that would be independently verified. The notion (and hey I don't know) was that it is a requiremnet to uplist to TSX. The low projection had to be based on what they can prove in the moment regardless of expectations. A ...more

I never bothered looking at the details. One question is whether the application package is required to be made public so that they had to give us the forecast. The second is the strength of a forecast given very early commercialization of a novel technology. Auditors appreciate that management estimates are more of an art than science, so could PG not have made a reasonable forecast based on ...more
