I guess I would classify this as putting into place a tool for when needed. Hopefully nothing too soon because the share price sucks and lets stay away from convertible debentures so that the majority are not sweeting the pie for a select few. Wishing them and us wisdom to use it the right way, for right purposes at the right time. Raising money to meet the Nasdaq requirements would not be the ...more
