Why PP at lower price!
It is a big disappointment to see the PP at lower price while KNR could easily raise 40-50 million dollars at $5 when the stock was trading around 6.
Anyhow, now that they have set 1.50 at PP price, this tells me that the insiders wants to offer cheaper share price to a major investor with deep pocket or themselves. Also, since the closing date is June 1 (coming Tuesday), this could be an indication of announcing potential big sale news in near future.
For the record, I just aded another 42K between 1.50-1.51. Now I am very confident with my investment. I will likely add another 40K by tomorrow as my DMGI & DIGI shares moving higher.

There are many potential answers to your question, but I cannot think of one good one. It would be difficult to argue that Ghezzi thinks KNR is worth much more than $1.50 and one has to wonder just how achievable the projection was. Maybe it wasn't a lowball like many thought but rather really aggressive.

while they could have got a higher price, there is no way they could have easily raised money at 5$. Institutional inverstors are not looking to jump in after a stock goes up 1000% in 3 months, they dont want retail prices...

Correct... it isn't illegal. It's how shrewd people take advantage, I came in well below the peak and I still feel quite taken advantage of. I may make money but I will credit the folks like Brad Young who do the work and not the guy that plays with money and retail investors emotions. He just looks like a jerk. That is the price he pays. But he can buy his comforts. Whatever,
