My overall reflection on the BC
This is the way I see how this whole thing evolved. They came up with an idea that was related to the most impactful global pandemic ever with positive laboratory results. Naturally, given the pandemic, those that were made aware showed great interest, just like us investors. KNR was flooded by some interest and quickly extrapolated this interest and formed visions of untold grandeur - 20,000 units per month. They got overconfident and thought it was in the bag - high price not an issue, this is another pandemic tool that works and not replaces others (no competition), no additional money needed, the results we have from our independent labs and government are good enough - take them or leave them, we won't entertain small orders and will only do Canada at first. KNR thought that it had all the negotiating power in the world. However, once things settled it was clear that they underestimated the massive chasm between "what a great idea" and "here is my check". Yes, the supply chain threw in a kink but I don't think to the tune of the vanishing demand of 19,900 monthly units. Things evolved and reality set in. KNR was NOT in control and did not have much power. Price tag a problem that needed fixing, any client welcome, PP money is needed, the actual immediate demand is not there and is not selling by itself, negotiated distributor agreements were not to be delivering on expectations, more validation of the technology efficacy in real world needed, to name the most significant items. KNR went from the feeling of invincibility and holding all the cards, to being completely dependent on others and holding very few cards. They went from heros to zeros very quickly behind the scenes and hoped great things would happen before they have to fess up to the investment community on the true state of affairs. Things did not happen as fast, and the reality started setting in for the investors that there were many issues behind the scenes that were not disclosed on a timely basis, followed by the collapse in share price. Their investor relations is deficient - to put it mildly. And yesterday's conference call and the whole fiasco with the questions IMO demonstrates that Ghezzi does not have the capability to fix that broken and important aspect of managing a publicly traded company. Ghezzi is a relatively cool fella not demonstrating much emotion, but my impression from yesterday's delivery is that he was tired, uninspired, and most importantly uninspiring to the audience. I hope he finds the next gear for any presentations before or for the next conference call. If this is the best he can do with the trajectory of getting worse continuing, he needs to present a new face of KNR that will inspire confidence and drive BC the way it should be. Ghezzi right now unfortunately IMO does not inspire confidence to have BC reach its potential, or as fast as it could. That's my piece on BC and at this point, we are very much dependent on a few stakeholders to make or break KNR as far as an above average investment is concerned. Until that time, KNR is just another microcap that will do great IF many things line up. No point expecting anything fantastic on any given day. We had more than half a dozen NRs over the past month and that may continue, but without tangible sales, the market ain't biting at all. For the pumpers, yet another opportunity to load up more. GLTUA.

To all those people that said he should have done a raise at the higher PP he couldn't because that price was manipulated up to that point he had nothing it was all smoke and mirrors so no institution would have ever bought in at that price. IMHO We are still in R&D if this has a chance of takinhg off it will be this Fall/Winter. IMHO

If Health Canada gives it the thumbs up in July, govt orders will follow to reopen in Sept. In that instance, it will be well before fall. And with all the catalysts already mentioned -- including the UAE detection and data -- the dam will break soon enough.

Egggggactly. One thing regardless the eventual success /failure of BC is that it will surely run up as we get closer to those results. I've already got my long hold, but if I free up any mad money in next week or 2 I'm going to pick up a bunch of short term ones.

Raising money from a big institution involves a probing dialogue. News releases and tweets don't.

Now I fully understand why you're still an investor. It's making complete sense now.

Come on, give them a break. If they're still working from home it maybe a little more difficult setting up CC. Mistakes are bound to happen.
