No trading on NEO today?

TD waterhouse is reporting that NEO exchange is reporting difficulties and order entry not available. THis could be the reason why the stock price is stalled based on the good news?

If the news was well received and exciting, you would have thought that the price would have moved up and stayed up on whatever trading took place prior to any glitches. Unfortunately that does not appear to be the case. Now, if this is a NEO glitch, well, perhaps to use Ghezzi's comment "innovation is messy", eh NEO?
