Looks like a great deal. But wont lie....wanted some biocloud related.

Good top line, gotta work on the bottom line. That probably explains the acquisition cost because we keep dreaming that we will be acquired one day for a 3-4 multiple of our revenues. Doesn't work that way, it seems...we paid a fraction of this company's annual revenues. In any case, this is primarily for core business and that is something KNR has a better handle on. They can try to throw
