Enters into NDA with USA-Based Company for Technology Sharing

Kontrol recently entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement with a USA based Covid testing and technology company, which is publicly traded on the NASDAQ market, to assess the value of the BioCloud technology in support of on-site rapid testing locations in various municipal applications.

I wonder if this is some kind of a small enclosure through which folk walk through to see if the virus will be detected? Or some application to blow into as they enter a building? Wonder why nobody thought of that a year and a few months ago? Brilliant.

Yes, good point. Better to let the individuals enter the building and when the infected individual sets of the BC unit in a group setting, they can evacuate them all instead of stopping the infected person. Still $400 cost. I think we are slowly unravelling the slow sales of BioCloud mystery. Rapid tests are definitely a threat to it, and in Canada, the first batches are being handed out for free.

A rapid testing facility needs to know if they are filling the room with virus from the positive folks to protect the negative folks. You guys are so thick sometimes!

Soon there is a small group in a waiting room - all masked, all careful, llimited by design to decrease contact... all that "complex" stuff that has to be done while they await that "compex" test. The only connection(s) I am musing about - not trying to create - is how does BioCloud become something that businesses will actually buy. No connections would be attempted if KNR has a news flow announcing frequent sales. BC continually "samples" air, runs it through a chamber with a Covid reagent, and when the virus is "detected", it sends a notification. If calling it a

I am just guessing. I suppose I could also imagine that like the price of early PC's, the cost of BC will have to come down significantly. The cost of cartridges is already decreasing with longer life and now 2 uses, I imagine that will continue. The argument against the current rapid tests is two-fold. If you are subjecting everyone to the test, then you are hitting both infected and
