If you were Ghezzi...

Would you not have prepared for this becuase you know what a target you have been? Did he? Is he prepared to counter with an NR? He did stoke the flames leading up to the financilals but the market spit on our birthday candle. Well Paul-o? You gonna try to relight our candle or skulk off back into the shadows of the market? Hmmmm...?!

He doesn't care about us investors, he is sitting comfy on his 5 million shares and his high salary at the expense of shareholders, even if the company goes bust he will still retire with more than enough money to live a wealthy lifestyle. I just placed my sell order if we ever get back to my break even. I will hold a few shares just to see where this ends up, but I just want my money back at ...more

Lmao well that escalated quickly . I'm curious how he'd still have tons of money from his millions of shares if the company went bankrupt ? Absurd. Also wrong. He not only cares about shareholders. He is the biggest shareholder. He's also the ceo and some things are as or more important than money. Ceo want to be successful. Not just monetarily but to succeed . Thinking otherwise ...more

Well I mean he would just sell off his shares as the price is faling down, just like some of those Cannabis companies, Zenabis rings a bell. He didn't buy the shares with his own money so what's his risk? It's just how he compensate himself for having a "lower than average CEO salary"  5 million shares at 50 cents is still 2.5 million dollars, ontop of whatever 200k ...more

First of he has ovwr 11 million shares and his price is probably around 5 cents
Comment by Edcando on Apr 01, 2022 11:35am
Second of all he's never sold any and spent more of his own money over $1 buying more shares while letting his $0.80 cent options expire

I'm assuming you've never started/ran a business. No one puts that much time and energy into a business just to see their reputation go down with a stock price . Also the company itself is doing great so "bankruptcy " isn't even an option. His job is to create shareholder value (ie increase the value of the company ) which he is doing. This ticker is being suppressed and ...more

Unforunately I am locked in until my 23k shares hit my sell order. Which will be a slow climb considering every Earnings we push up on hype and fall right back down, only hitting $3 twice in the last year. Even the new deals for smartsuite won't be completed until late 2023 and with zero updates on uplisting--if we even meet the requirements, which I don't think we do as we haven't ...more

Ghezzi doesn't need to sell he is the playing with house money and gets a salary plus he is already wealthy he has the time and patience to wait so if you have that same time and patience as him you will make money. Think of it more you invested in a private company and you are a silent partner. That is how he runs this ship

i hate to do this i am certainly not in the buissness of defending Ghezzhole!!! BUT: just shows again that you dont know shi.t from shineola his 200k salary is a pittance compared to other CEO's seeing that some hydro lineworkers make that with overtime or mid-management employees at most bigger Canadian corporations!!! as for the options granted they do cost him money to excise them, yes ...more

Of course they aren't going to sell yet, they know when insiders start selling the stock goes to sh*t , the stock is already doing that on its own.. They are probably waiting until we are on the Nasdaq themselves to cash out.  Imagine Directors selling shares on the NEO when we are barely making profit outside of Globals aquisition.. When we were at those highs we didnt even have Global ...more

Thanks for the play by play. Thing is you said he doesn't care and can sell all his shares when the price goes to shot. Now you've just said the sp has already gone to shot (except he hasn't sold any). He also bought over the price of his options while letting those options expire. So which is it? He can sell them all when he hasn't? He can sell them all later when it's gone ...more

He can't sell his shares as easily as us, nor would he being on NEO prior to uplisting to Nasdaq as theres requirements for listing to Nasdaq which may or may not be met. His SP is what, around 0.50 ?  we need to hold what 2-3-4$ consistent SP for uplisting, if they started selling what would happen to the SP?
Comment by Edcando on Apr 01, 2022 12:15pm
So you've just given your own argument for why your comment was so absurd. This entire conversation is ludicrous besides all the other reasons it is. I understand you're frustrated and/or disappointed with yesterday (or May have invested more than you were comfortable with due to anticipation), but that's on your/us not Paul .  The business itself is doing great!  So we' ...more

Well yeah I mean, end of the day 6-10$ would be nice, hell 4-5$ would be nice, but how do we get there we were only near those levels because of the major pandemic hype and biocloud? No big money is looking at NEO and OTC atm, and by the looks of market cap we are quite a bit away from meeting Nasdaq requirements anytime soon, probably still a few years out tbh. It's clear the market doesn' ...more

By continuing to grow company value and revenues exactly like he/they have been doing. That's how. It concerns me this needs to be answered .
Comment by Jordan91 on Apr 01, 2022 1:43pm
Okay, the company grew over the last 2 years but we're still sub levels we were at back in 2020. Where are all these buyers going to be coming from on this exchange to push the SP up and hold the levels considering the market clearly doesn't care about their fundamentals or revenue. Everytime the stock ran up on FOMO we came crashing back down. Unless Paul announces some magical news, I ...more

You are confusing the company and the market. Yes it's frustrating this ticker (and so many others) get manipulated. That's the market. If a company is doing well , the money comes sooner or later. It gets priced in little by little (small gains trending up more often) or all at once in bigger leaps and bounds. There are as many overvalued companies as there are undervalued ones. Yes it ...more

Fair enough, although we're considered a micro-cap stock not even a small-cap. :'(

Even better! Means the gains from micro to mid/large cap will be that much more spectacular! Lol. Hey, if it makes you feel any better, your posts today won't age very well. Lo jelly starting as early as the next couple of weeks. I'm also looking forward to Q1 fins and updated guidance.

Comment by Jordan91 on Apr 01, 2022 12:14pm
The most volume we've ever had was 6 mill during the Covid Biocloud FOMO hype. What do you mean it wouldn't of killed the stock.. insiders selling is negative sentiment to the market and makes people worry.. Insiders sell, investors sell.
Comment by yearninyank on Apr 01, 2022 11:58am
Indeed, many of us have the same goal here and the fury is in the disagreement over how to attain it... thus the Ghezzhole sobriquet. However, certain folks here are beyond disingenuous. You know, liars with agendas. Sometimes they even use new aliases and play new characters but ultimately the paint job starts to flake off and, well, maybe I'm wrong Jordo but I'm sensing that here.
