Paul Opted out of Health Canada testing of BC

It appears Paul has opted out to continue testing of BC with Health Canada level 4 Lab after preliminary testing was done.. no reports/results of testing was or will be generated. Glad to know we were in the dark here for 2 years thinking HC was slower than molasses.

If that were the case snd he was reported to OSC or other relevant regulatory body for lack of material disclosure, I tbink he would be in very hot water knowing how important this testing was viewed by shareholders as well as how much credibility it would have added to the distributora and ultimately some clients. I don't think he would risk that and his CPA designation which carries

Antonio and Paul neither replied to the concern in regards to it.. Kind of sad that even the IR guy doesn't respond to anyones concerns. Pretty shady of Paul though to pull the rug from underneath us without even telling us.. they "opted to go with a different testing partner", meanwhile  that level 4 canadian lab was the most important stepping stone for us. I hate paul.

It is very important information to know and must be disclosed on a timely basis in the context of the publicly traded company. I'd like to think that important updates will come but have well founded doubts considering that he had not provided an update what would have been important timeline shifts to what he had previously disclosed publicly.   I am just imaging shareholders that

I had been waiting for HC independent confirmation once things started to get murky and there were no sales to speak of.  Still waiting.

Paul should just sell that office tbh.. might help the balance sheet a bit. no one even responds to emails or anything in there anwyay.. Paul can just conduct his business at home since hes on LinkedIn all hours of the day anyway.

IMO he should just resign, before the board asks him to leave. That is how things would happen in a system where performance and credibility matters. But our system is not such and a retail shareholder very often does not have the power or resources to get it done through the voting system. So, you are stuck with these kinds of plays where many shareholders lose most of their money on statements
