I don't even know what they won.  A contract to develop a plan?  How much $ is that to help them towards their aspirations that nobody believes anymore for good reasons?

Lol, you got the cheerleaders thinking this is some kind of insane news that we will be sitting on the moon with our 2-3$ averages next week. As much as I want KNR to be successful.. it's a "plan" that doesn't say who, what, how much... just because this "city" has 1OO buildings, doesn't mean KNR is going to be doing all of them lol, people on CEO keep thinking this

I am more concerned that this is additional taxpayers money going to KNR, especially developing a plan. We fell for the BioCloud plan so hopefully that does not reflect their planning skills.
