The municipaility is not named for competitive reasons. KNR beat out a number of large players in this RFP issued early in 2023 and results announced recently. Is there any smidgen of a chance that at least those that got beat will know what municipality that is? Or was municipality also kept hidden in the RFP and the award as well? But, it doesn't matter.
