I guess the biggest red flag was the company continuing to pump the Biocloud garbage long after it became obvious it was a total failure. But they had a few more debenture holders who wanted to cash out, so I suppose it was justified, in their minds at least. JMO A lot of investors lost a lot of money on this dog, I don't know how management can sleep at night.

I imagine the wealth they created for those that they personally know far outweighs the concerns for those of us who are faceless to them.   If they had any iota of integrity and concern for other people's hard earned dollars, maybe somewhere along the way of maintaining the charade they would have stopped.   But they didn't.  The first
