or they are comically inept.  For starters they keep saying they were "Inactive for the month of September" even though the Progress Report is for January 2021?  Then they just casually state they closed the deal even though they apparently "forgot" to disclose it?

I didn't write the report, I just read it. Besides not changing the month, the only other thing that stood out was they "finalized" the definitive agreement. Guess news releases are to pricy so they just snuck it in this report they have to do anyways..... hahahahah guess we see if we get some news or not. I would imagine we see the form for the issuance of shares before we ever see ...more
