Correction, that is good news for ANCC, not necessarily for AMS.  I value my hard earned money too much to have left any behind when the opportunity to recover some capital presented itself before the latest halt.  I hope you are eventually able to get some of your money back and will not be bitter if I was wrong and this does amount to something. I'm surprised AMS has not made mention of this at all. I'm assuming that's because the deal fell through? Couldn't get funding again? Otherwise this would be excellent news for shareholders.

No announcement during the change of business, that's from pass experience from other stocks. I believe once conditional approval is announced and the remaining PP is completed, etc, they'll get full approval from the CSE shortly afterwards. So no announcement during the change of business. : )

this looks like another year or 2 of wait, i thought this would be done quickly during second halt.

It shouldn't take that much long for the process to be completed. Remember they just submitted all the paperwork which was Form2A first part of March 2021 from the news release.  AMS, All Nation and the CSE are working together to get this change of business done in a timely. Its only been roughly 8 weeks since the documents have been sent to the CSE, I seen change of business done

gaffright you're making stuff up again and talking in vague generalities again. You can't even write a proper sentence and it seems you aren't quite literate. Could be that AMS has so little money that the only payed pumper they can afford is in Somalia and hasn't got the English language down yet.
