Ya gotta love the clever wording ... "Alchemist Mining Inc. has addressed the first set of comments from the Canadian Securities Exchange relating to the company's Form 2A listing statement respecting its previously announced..." Given the competence level of this crew, can you just imagine what the comments were?

for me this looks like a good hint There can be no assurance that the acquisition will be completed on the terms proposed or at all. No finders' fees are payable in connection with the acquisition, and no advances or other consideration will be paid by Alchemist to All Nations in advance of closing of the acquisition.

Can someone Clarify the proposed acquisition of All Nations Cannabis Inc. (ANC) a) 500M common shares of AMI (0.04) ~ 20M Cnd in exchange for Assets: 1 building (being outfitted for indoor grow facility) on lease land on Native Territory (with a few small units) on the old Burns Lake Specialty Wood Product's site is this asset in "Operation" (or still being accessed for license)

Last I checked they didn't even have a cultivation license, never mind a sales license.  They were just another applicant.  The whole bizarre deal seems farcical.

You are correct. It appears the facility is not ready to Operate A Guess   All Nations Cannabis (ANC) may have been struggling to secure funds for working capital to get their grow facility into Operation (as costs can be major expenses: labour, power for lighting/heat/ventilation). Public AMI would be a solution to source (new) funds while private ANC focuses on distribution and
