If average time to approve a Change of Business

is 5 to 7 weeks as one of the AMS pumpers was saying (back in March), and they are now at ... 16 weeks, its safe to say its either not getting approved or they've managed to botch it somehow.  Why they wouldn't let investors know what's going on is another question entirely.
