Why did Nova Scotia promise $100 million? Because it will get that back and more in jobs, tourism, income tax, etc....

Nova Scotia never promised $100 million!  MLS found out they qualify for the Capital Investment Tax Credit, which is still being sought after.  Please try to post facts.
