Both Steve and the host said MLS received a Strategic Innovation Fund of 12.9 million. They did not. They are still in the sought after phase, part A. Therealcansojim At 5:02 the 12.9  million funding is talked about...Steve said that they got the 12.9 million reinbursement funding which was pressed released..he did not say anything wrong there. Yes from what i gathered it doesnt sound like anything more than what you have said because Stephan has stated in the video you had posted he is coordinating with others to potentially suit their needs for them to build and design those specific facilities on the land.
