Two reasons why management would be buying They think its a screaming buy or easier to take private with the more shares they own. It's baffling what Raymond is up to. He has a month to make something happen before the AGM sept 27.  Keep this in mind though, contractors and engineers are still working on Telkwa unpaid most of them. They are at 90% complete with a completion date still

How would they be able to take it private when it’s already public only way the company  can go private is to own all the shares . They are simply stripping people of there shares for cheap right now for a reason
