I spoke with management to get a real update

Since some clarity has been lacking from the recent NR in terms of what is actually happening at Riverside, I took it upon myself to email the company and president twice. I stated my discontentment with the lack of information in recent update. I readily received a response from senior management to feel free to call and discuss my concerns.

On March 16, I was told that despite the current pandemic situation, work on site was ongoing since they are somewhat isolated on the side of a mountain. I was told that clones are currently being moved into the greenhouses and production is moving ahead as planned. This company is very uniquely positioned to capitalize on several international markets and generate sustainable cashflow to continue operations and expand. I stated the need for a press release regarding the progress and projected schedule. They agreed and hope to issue something soon to update shareholders on the progress that has been made. I hope this happens.

In my opinion, the current global disturbance in certain supply chains might just actually give them the time they need to grow a good crop. Furthermore, from my discussion, I have gained a good level of confidence that things are actually happening this time.

I'll try to use small words so that you can understand: I emailed the company, they told me to call them, so I picked up the phone, dialed a number and spoke with a person on the other end of the line. They acknowledged (this word means “accepted as valid”) that they have taken a long time to get here, but they are now on track to deliver by a crop by mid-year! Plus, they have very ...more

Wow! Sentence structure and some proper grammar; I hope you were sitting down when you wrote this!   I agree that past information was limited at best, and to some extent, continues to be limited given what they are actually achieving. Something I think that we can all agree on, and something that was actually acknowledged to me during my discussion. But consider the fact that the business ...more

If Mgw could get a name brand CEO change the company name and do what they told you they where going to do then they might see some volume and possible hope in 2 years . Raymond LIE needs to go that's the only way or else you'll see the same trend of trading until they go out of business.   this year will still  be very frustrating for investors   1-2 cent shares are ...more

Based on my discussions, it would seem that your thoughts might be an option in the future to grow the business. For now, I think the real focus is getting hemp growing so that they can generate some cashflow and continue operations.  Future expansions might require a more seasoned leader, but I would expect more growth/activity in the short-term. I would expect/hope that more activity will ...more

Getting hemp growing won't create any value to the stock price Sadly this stock won't even  hold at 9 cents this year and will see all time lows you will see for your self the company has accumulated a loss of 30 million dollars . If they can have success in this hemp project for the next 2-3 years only then will expansion be possible and olny then will you see a little more value in ...more
