This makes no sense so the company looses its entire facility for a few unpaid bills to land owners?
can anyone explain to me what is going on now
and what to expect as an investor now ? can't they just pay the lease bills and finish the facility when California is generating money  ?
Forfeit an entire facility for 500k unpaid lease bills sounds silly and unrealistic to me

Woodmere could put that facility to use on the cheap craft cannabis private company it was all part of the plan let  things calm down awhile after court awards the facility to woodmere. Be careful easymoney 15 listening to 99% conflated info. The facts have yet to be presented in court concerning Telkwa. Soon come. I really hope so I feel like regardless of what happens in California with issues like this pending it's going to be hard to attract investors and create value for shareholders  . It's not completely impossible, but look at its management team, its history, operational style, and how it deals with all stakeholders, how much confidence do you actually have in them lol.
